Case Study 1

North Mountain Construction

Building a brand alongside a growing construction company.

Our relationship with North Mountain Construction began in 2022 with a complete rebrand, new website, and original photography.

The goal was to create a brand that reflected the scale, quality, and ambition of the company they were becoming. Since then, North Mountain has grown significantly, with more than $100 million in active projects underway across British Columbia.

A second chapter

In 2026, we returned for a major second phase of the work.

Across 12 days of production, we photographed and filmed projects, people, worksites, and company culture throughout the region. We created a new staff portrait library and rebuilt the website from the ground up around a much deeper visual story of the company.

The work extended beyond the screen. We developed corporate brochures, contributed to the design of North Mountain’s office interior, and created an 80-page proposal system for pursuing major projects with a consistent, professional presentation.

Telling the story in motion

We created a brand film to capture North Mountain beyond its finished projects.

Shot across active worksites, offices, and communities throughout the region, the film brings together the people, environments, processes, and scale behind the company.

Rather than a conventional corporate video, it was conceived as a broader portrait of North Mountain — its culture, its standards, and the character of the team behind the work.

From print to major proposals

As North Mountain grew, the brand needed to work across an increasingly wide range of material.

We developed a corporate brochure combining company story, capabilities, project photography, and culture within a compact piece for clients, partners, and new opportunities.

We also created an approximately 80-page proposal system designed for major project pursuits. The system brings together company information, experience, team profiles, methodology, photography, and technical content within a consistent visual framework that can adapt from one submission to the next.

An ongoing visual archive

Our work with North Mountain continues across British Columbia.

From Nakusp to Fernie, we document projects as they take shape — building an evolving archive of photography and film around the people, process, environments, and scale behind the work.

That archive continues to feed the website, proposals, marketing, recruitment, and future communications as the company grows.

What began as a rebrand has developed into a long-term creative partnership spanning brand, web, photography, film, print, and the physical workplace.
